Chief Superintendent of Police, Robert Scott, is investigating the murder of a burglar, Harry Bond. Two more murders follow. When Scott uncovers some library books, a very interesting postcards and two false passports, the connection has to be Hong Kong. A trip to Hong Kong island leads Scott to the key to unlocking the mistery.
